Laughing Means A Lot To Me

I got my first laptop. Brand new ThinkPad T61p which is now present by Lenovo. It's black, it's cool and I like it very much. I also bought some accessories to protect it such as a softbag, screen protect film, keyboard protect film, external portable laptop cooler. A bluetooth mouse was applied too, easy to carry and use. With buildin bluetooth interface, it can save me one extra USB port.

The system installation is lonnng night. And I learnt that SP3 and other XP patch are not so compatible with a lot of software, even the preloaded software. For I updated windows right after installed the system. But so many alert message box pop up when shuting down the system, the dwwin thing, so annoying. I am even thinking of install the system again... sigh, new computer, always likes this.

Anyway, I still enjoy it, the classic design and powerful performance. With some fine tune, ThinkPad will be my ThinkPal.

After one day unplanned rest, the new milestone was set. Got sweat, tired, but excited. Next target: 200!

Another milestone.

This is the last month of my first 5 years career. After working with my dear colleagues for so long, it was not a easy decision to leave them. But everyone should move on. A new beginning is about to come. Get ready for it.

After one weekend hard work, it's on board. I can say it's on half way now. I was pushing and pushing, now it's time for a little rest. Pepz helped to take the photos, which were easy to handle. After all I'm not a real designer, I just tried my best. Hope all these can be of some help for the children who lost family, have been hurt, or can not go to school after the earthquake.

It's monday morning, 6 o'clock. Sun rises and I go to sleep.

Finally, it can be started. I proposed the plan the day right after the earthquake and got internal approval right away. But due to the authorization contract, further approval from Disney is needed... After a few days, thanks to Mr. Cheung, he granted approval directly which is in fact needed comment for the legal department. And thanks to Michael, he gave a lot of help and comment. I'm trying my best to push this forward.

Added google people search for earthquake on the top left. Hope more relatives and friends can be found by this google tool.
